Let’say you have decision to buy one of the Stone Villas, we recommend a lawyer who has insurance against any mistake. He does research about deed, residence permit and villas for you. After everything is complete, protocol which is prepared by your lawyer signed by seller and buyer. In the presence of your lawyer, you are going to pay %10 of sales price. After completing lawyer’s paperworks in office of the land registry, you are going to pay remaining whole balance to the seller. Also the seller provide to ensure that you are the new owner of deed. All transactions and process occur in the presence of your lawyer, title deed officer and sworn interpreter.

Let’ say you arrive to Turkey although you abandon to buy villa. Nevertheless, do not feel trouble. We provide your accommodation, eating-drinking and inward-outward transfers, just you have to buy your flight tickets.

Mortgage is available in Turkey. To get mortgage, you have to bring your and your wife’s income statue documents in your country, proof of the tax paid documents in the last three months and also you are going to need some copies from your passport and passport-sized photos. Banks responses applications in three business days, also banks provide %50 part of sales price because of you are living abroad. You have to pay other %50 part in your own way.

We can bargain on the price. When we come together in Turkey, we can deal a price which will make happy both of us.

Note : Home purchases by foreigners is going to take 2-3 months in Turkey. At first you must come and see the Stone Villas.

Note : Summer time goes from the first of April until the 30th of November, and the temperature comes down about 5 degree in Kusadası.

You are under no obligation to purchase, but you are under an obligation to view our properties for the duration of your visit. Clients who wish to use our inspection tours for any other reason will be held in breach of contract and will then be required to pay the full cost of inspection tour, as per our trading terms.

PAYMENT PLAN

10 % of the sale price with the contract ( this is non-refundable deposit)
90 % 2 month after the contract when you receve title dead tapu.
